What’s up everyone. It’s been a hot minute since I sat down to write or even took time to fully meal prep. It’s been a rough couple of weeks mentally. In the past three weeks I’ve turned 30, took two final exams, and finished law school. That’s a lot of transition and for someone who struggles with anxiety and change and depression, that much transition is taxing on the brain. But I have been making some food along the way. I’m working on getting into a new routine, so these posts will be come regular again! And now that school’s over, let’s see if we can’t make this a little more exciting!
