Who doesn’t love a great brunch? I mean: pancakes, eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits, gravy, mimosas, Benedicts… what am I missing? Anyways, here’s a great little spotlight about one of my favorite places to get brunch here in Denver!

Now, I’ve been to Snooze a few times now and I just love it more and more each time I go. One of my favorite parts of Snooze is that it’s a company that works to really be sustainable and also support local food providers. Snooze also lets you know where a lot of your food is coming which is AMAZING!

Alright, let’s talk food. Snooze has some great mimosas, but most importantly I LOVE a great Aperol Spritz which is of course pictured here.

Next up… Bennys!!! Now I will go hard on a good eggs benedict and Snooze offers a variety of them! Whats cool is that you mix and match the bennys! Here my brunch buddy got the Ham Benedict III, a traditional benedict,( on the right) and the Lox-n-Latke Benny (on the left)! And each benny plate comes with some bomb hashbrowns.

My go to is Bella! Bella! Benny. I classic Italian twist on the Eggs benedict complete with prosciutto! YUM! Goes perfect with the Aperol Spritz!

And then… there’s the pancake of the day! Sarah (my brunch buddy) and I got one to split! That day it was a Peanut Butter and Jelly Pancake and boy was it scrumptious! I mean jsut look at it!

So if you are ever in Denver and want a great place to get brunch check out Snooze! I’ve been to three of their locations and have yet to leave disappointed…though I will say, the coolest location is in the heart of downtown at Union Station.
