Special Edition: Christmas Milkshakes

I know I know, who wants to hear about milkshakes when it snowed about 12 inches last week and we are due for another snowstorm this week? ME! I love and actually prefer ice cream during the winter months. And with all this DiNoci Ice Cream I have in my freezer I was like what would be better than some festive milkshakes that you can serve up at your Christmas Party??

I’ve got three different flavors for you here, each made with dairy free ice cream, oat milk and an array of sundae ice cream goodies. Flavors: S’Mores, Salted Caramel, Mint Chocolate.

First up: Mint Chocolate. It’s simple really in a blender put some Mint Ganche DiNoci, some oat milk (or almond milk) and a sprinkle of Andes Mints. Add a little hot fudge to the bottom of the cup and around the rim then roll the rim in some crumbled Andes Mints. Pour in the milkshake mixture and add some Andes Mints to the top and garnish with a cute little candy cane.

Now this one is my favorite: the S’mores Milkshake. Blend together Chocolate DiNoci, Oat Milk and Marshmallow Fluff. Add some marshmallow fluff to the bottom of the glass, some hot fudge to the rim and then roll the rim in graham cracker crust crumbs. Add the milkshake mix to the glass and garnish this beauty off with some mini marshmallows dipped in chocolate and graham cracker crumbles.

Last up we have the Salted Caramel Milkshake! Ingredients include: Salted Caramel DiNoci and oat milk. Add some caramel syrup around the cup, dip the rim in a simple syrup (water and sugar warmed up together) and then roll the rim in some coarse sea salt. Pour the milkshake in and serve!

Christmas parties will never be the same if you serve these tasty treats! I know I’ll be enjoying these all season long! Let me know if you try out any of these recipes or if you have any great recipes of your own!
