Yes, it’s time for another food truck! Today’s food truck is one I have eaten from twice now and it’s great! Woodhill Small Batch BBQ has some great flavors with great sides!

We’ve had this food truck come to work a couple of times now and it never disappoints. The best part is it has a little bit of something for everyone…except they never just have the grilled cheese available off the kids menu.

What’s great about this food truck is that you get to sauce your meat the way you like it. I typically go for the Memphis Sweet but I’ve heard the Carolina Tangy is great!

Now you can get a plate of meat and sides or you can get it as a sandwich. As you see above, some people like the plain old two meat and two sides dish, whereas I prefer a pulled pork sandwich. Everything is great! The brisket, the pulled pork and even the shredded chicken! And I will say if I could finish three sides I would get three sides for sure! The coleslaw, the baked beans and the mac’ n ‘cheese are all great!

But honestly, I don’t know a lot about BBQ and what makes good BBQ and what doesn’t, yet what I know is that this is some good pulled pork to me! I mean look at it. It’s moist and savory. I of course added some sauce to that meat. Anyways if you see this food truck in your neighborhood check it out! I promise you won’t be disappointed.
