Gifts for the people you work with can be hard to pick out. I mean, you never know what will offend someone, what someone may or may not like, and who wants to receive just giftcards or candles from every single person. So why not make some treats for the whole office?
I know that sounds daunting, but I promise these are some easy treats!
- Biscoff Peanut Butter Chocolate Cookie Sandwiches. This was the most complicated item on this list to make. I grabbed some Biscoff cookies, added a layer of peanut butter between two cookies, put them in the freezer for a few hours, melted some chocolate chips and then poured the chocolate over the cookie sandwiches and added sprinkles. You let them freeze until hard and then bag them up with a ribbon and BAM you’ve got a fun festive treat! And if they don’t look perfect that’s okay. I prefer them to look homemade.
2. Tree Bark Wafers. Now this was easy. Get some white chocolate, separate it into two bowls, melt it, add green food coloring to one bowl, melt some regular chocolate chips, drizzle all the chocolates over some Vanilla Sugar Wafers and freeze them. Not only do they look festive, they taste great!
3. Hot Cocoa Spoons. Now this is something you can either give without hot cocoa or with it. Not only is it simple to make, but its also fun for kids to make too!
All you need is chocolate chips (melted) and toppings. I created four different types below: (from left to right) Andes Mints; Marshmallow; Candy Cane; and Rainbow Chocolate Chips.
4. Chocolate Chip Cookies. Now this is the easiest thing to make and giveaway. In one afternoon I baked about 100 cookies and put them in some cute festive tins I got at the thrift store for about $2-3 a piece. Add a festive candy cane and a personalized card for flair and your co-workers will love it.
