Recipe: Chorizo Hash with Eggs

Here’s a breakfast that Haris LOVES to make and to eat. I’ve watched him perfect over the past couple of years and now that I think he may be done with changing the steps I present it all to you! Ladies and Gentleman- Enjoy!


  • Green Bell Pepper
  • Chorizo
  • 1/2 Yellow Onion
  • 1 bag of Hashbrowns
  • 4 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Shredded Cheese (we like Mexican Cheese or Sharp Cheddar)
  • Eggs (however many you want to fry up to go with it)
  • Salt and Pepper

Serves about 4 people.

Step One: Rough chop your onion and green peppers.

Step Two: Heat up your oil in a large skillet

Step Three: Put the onions and peppers in your skillet and cook till soft.

Step Four: Add your bag of hashbrowns and mix the potatoes in with your peppers and onions well! Let those ingredients mingle!

Step Five: Flatten it all out and cook for about 6 minutes

Step Six: Flip that ish over and cook for about 3 more minutes.

Step Seven: Reduce the heat and add your chorizo.

Step Eight: Mix chorizo in and flatten it all again. Cook for about 3 minutes.

Step Nine: Flip the mixture over and add cheese! Cook for another 3 minutes.

Step Ten: Start frying your eggs.

Step Eleven: Remove chorizo hashbrowns from heat and serve.

Step Twelve: Add your eggs to the top of the hash.

Step Thirteen: ENJOY!!
