To round out this week of cheesy goodness, we have one final blog and its a gouda one! Once a month we have a food truck come all the way out to the middle of nowhere (Franktown, CO) and finally offer us something other than food from one of the three restaurants or the biker bar in the area. One of these food trucks that loves to come out is The Rocky Mountain Cheesery. And let me tell you, it’s worth it. I mean just scroll through the next few photos.

Okay, pause the scrolling. My co-workers are the absolute best for all ordering different grilled cheese sandwiches for me to take photos of! These sandwiches are amazing. You can order your grilled cheese to be made with Texas Toast ( the best option), Sourdough, or Whole Wheat. They even have gluten free options if you ask for them.
The staff is super friendly too and will help you navigate through your options if you need assistance. And you should know… you’ll never be able to make a grilled cheese at home like these guys can!

I’ve tried at least 5 flavors off the menu, but if you aren’t feeling adventurous stick with the classic grilled cheese or add some ham to the mix. No matter which way you go, you can’t go wrong! Oh and make sure to order both a tomato soup and the parmesan garlic fries!
